     林芳老师作为自聘教师，自2014年5月起，负责德教树强学校中学部汉语教学工作，包括汉语教学大纲编写、汉语课程设计、HSK一至四级课程、中国文化课程、辅导中学生参加校内校外的各项中文比赛、为中学生编导文艺节目。任职期间，钻研独特高效的教学方法支撑初中部汉语教学，教学成绩起到了承上启下的中传作用。
